Isolated sandbox for Assurance Prime (ten_ws_assurance_prime): same API shapes as production, synthetic data only, and keys scoped to this workspace.

Nothing you create here affects live sessions, billing, or insurer production data. Use Sandbox key with the Authorization header — production keys are rejected on sandbox hosts.
